The background of Tradly Business
Information about how we started and where we are heading.
The goal was to start an online trading site. In 2019, the company changed its direction and also started Tradly Communication Ltd in Thailand. Tradly Communication has an established office in Hua Hin, Thailand. We believe that loyal staff is important to us at Tradly. Creating a unique workplace in Thailand, where many Swedes want to live and live, makes us an attractive employer and can attract staff with a more mature appearance and age than most other TM agencies.
Tradly is primarily looking for sales-oriented assignments and clients with well-known and strong brands. The founders have almost a total of 50 years experience in sales from Telekom and insurance and therefore we are now starting up an agency where the focus will be to deliver a result with the highest quality from both a customer and an assignment perspective.
The business concept has changed from the company's formation until now. This was because the company had to invest in technology, with the company deciding to shut down the project. Because the family has been living in Hua Hin since 14 years, it is therefore natural that we create an idea that fits both Thai and Swedish entrepreneurship. These two companies are owned, operated and developed by the Swedish owners.
The company operates cloud-based, where all handling of customer data and associated essential information is stored in accordance with the Data Inspection's regulations and rules. No storage locally on company computers. The staff has a fixed salary + tastings / bonus.
Our focus on quality is unique in the industry. We work actively to provide the best quality to both clients and our customers. Tradly works for its clients, where the goal is always to strengthen and secure our clients' brand in a responsible way. Therefore, since the beginning we have had our own customer service that helps customers with their questions and ensures that the quality of calls is of the highest class so that both customers and our clients get the security they need.
Tradly can be the engine that facilitates the sales work for our clients. We take care of the preparation and book visit meetings that suit both the consumer and the client. This means that we are lowering the threshold for sales so that there will be faster and better growth on the assignment. We also assist in conducting market research where we investigate the market as a whole and help our partner find new customers to focus on. We can also improve the partner's business by using the views of target groups to develop the partner's business in the right direction.
